Marta Costa deu nome ao restaurante do qual é proprietária e cozinheira. Localizado em Valongo, este espaço é reconhecido não só pela frescura dos produtos utilizados, como pela forma inovadora como os mesmos são confecionados.

A nossa entrevistada descobriu na restauração uma paixão e um “escape ao trabalho de secretária”. Há cerca de dois anos e meio decidiu investir por conta própria num espaço à sua imagem, onde pudesse trabalhar os alimentos como acredita que eles devem ser trabalhados. Surgiu assim o Marta Costa Restaurante, localizado em Valongo. Um conceito diferenciador de todos os outros restaurantes que existem no concelho e com um requinte e imagem que sobressai ao olhar de todos os que ali passam.”
